Job Title: Senior Account Executive (Tech Outsourcing & Recruitment)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Account Executive to drive growth and manage client relationships within our tech outsourcing and recruitment division. In this full-cycle role, you will be the driving force behind our expansion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market. You will own the entire sales process—from identifying prospects and closing deals to acting as the primary strategic partner for our clients' ongoing IT talent acquisition and outsourcing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and engage prospective B2B clients within the KSA market. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with our tech outsourcing capabilities.

Opportunity Handling & Pipeline Management: Guide qualified prospects through the sales funnel. Conduct discovery calls to deeply understand their technical requirements, business goals, and staffing pain points.

Preparing Proposals & Presentations: Craft highly tailored, compelling proposals and pitches that showcase our value proposition in IT staff augmentation, recruitment, and project outsourcing.

Closing Deals: Lead negotiations on pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and contract terms to successfully close new business and meet revenue targets.

Handling Talent Acquisition Requests: Act as the primary liaison between the client and our internal recruitment/delivery teams. Intelligently intake technical job requirements, ensure candidate profiles match the client’s needs, and oversee the placement process.

Account Management & Client Success: Cultivate long-term, strategic relationships with onboarded clients. Conduct regular business reviews, identify opportunities for account expansion (upselling/cross-selling), and ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Market Expertise: Proven experience and deep familiarity with the KSA business market, including an understanding of local business culture, enterprise needs, and regional procurement dynamics.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong background in Tech Outsourcing & Recruitment. You must understand the nuances of selling IT services, technical staffing, and managing tech-focused talent requests.
  • Language Proficiency: Minimum English B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively draft proposals and negotiate with international stakeholders. Arabic fluency is highly preferred for the KSA market.
  • Sales Experience: 4+ years of B2B sales experience in a full-cycle role (Lead Generation to Account Management).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, consult with decision-makers, and tailor solutions to enterprise-level clients.
